We work experientially and practice-oriented. You’ll bring your own cases, work with personal learning goals, and reflect on your attitude and actions. You’ll learn by doing, feeling, and articulating, in a safe and stimulating learning environment.

Day 1 – The Basics of Focusing and the Focusing Attitude

Day 2 – Listening in 3 Directions, Mirroring, and Symbolizing
Non-verbal contact, Focusing interventions, creative expression
Day 3 – Deepening, Self-Care & Working with Blocks
Setting boundaries, critical processes, integration into your practice
